But the one thing that fuels up your heart rate and makes it work with such force that it raises your blood pressure up to a dangerous health problem is always stress related.

I don't have to tell you about this. You know how it feels when you're under a lot of pressure. All of us are faced with that kind of situations once in a while. And we can deal with it. The problem is when we're under constant pressure and our blood pressure is constantly up there in the clouds.
