Cure High Blood PressureHigh Blood Pressure, Why Doctors Don't Tell The Truth! Today, I'm going to answer a question that may be bugging you: If my method – The Focused Break – is so effective to lower blood pressure, how come my doctor hasn't informed me about it. I get this question over and over again. And it's actually a very rational thing to ask. After all, if something works so well, why isn't everybody doing it? Since I don't know your doctor myself, I can't say for sure. But my guess is that your doctor simple doesn't know about this method. It's actually very sad how little know this method is. Because not only is it very helpful. It has also been used and tested by a world known Harvard professor. Having said that, I must tell you the truth. I'm far from being the only one – not even the first person – to come up with the idea of focused break. Although I came up with the term Focused Break. Same kind of methods have been practiced for a long time in the Eastern world. What's more, over thirty years ago, Hebert Benson – a Harvard professor – began to research this method. He scientifically proved it over and over again how effective this method really is. This Harvard professor used the term “Relaxation Response” for what I call “Focused Break”. If you do a search on Amazon, you can find several of his books listed there. Herbert has obviously not been the most popular person in the medical business. If you use this method you don't need to use any drugs or other medical treatment. So the medical system doesn't make any money on it. So his research has been mostly kept out of the school system and most doctors don't even know about it. Herbert began his research using special meditation technique named TM meditation. His suggestions sounded something like this... Find a quiet, relaxed place and sit down for ten minutes with your eyes closed. While you sit, repeat once word or short sentence over and over again. You can choose a word or use a short pray. That's it. You can proof it yourself how effective Focused Break is by first taking your blood pressure. Then sit down for ten minutes and repeat a short pray, word or a sentence. Then take your blood pressure again and see how much it has dropped. It's almost always several points lower after the sitting. Herbert's method has a problem though. It can be very difficult to sit and focus in this way for ten minutes. It takes weeks or months to develop enough focus to be able to drop your blood pressure for good. What's worse, it doesn't work for everyone. I had read about Herbert's method before I came up with my “Horse Training Hypertension Techniques”. So it was very clear to my how my method worked on the underlying cause of hypertension. And why these simple exercises worked so quickly. They took Herbert's method a few step further. The best part is there are no skills or techniques to learn and master. I guide you through the three audios. You only have to follow my directions and can therefore practice them to perfection the very first time you use them. That's why they begin to work for you so quickly and you'll see permanent results in only a few days. Since these exercises originally come from horse training, we could say I'm training your blood pressure down and all you have to do is come with me. You can find the method to cure high blood pressure here...
