My Blood Pressure Was Crazy

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008

A few years ago I thought that I would die within a month. My blood pressure was roaring and no matter how I tried to exercise, control my diet or take it easy nothing seemed to help.

I knew that although blood pressure medications could possible lower blood pressure, it was very unlikely that they did anything to prevent heart attack, stroke or any other of the horrible conditions that are caused by high blood pressure.

I didn’t live very stressful life. I was self employed, took off more days than most people I knew. Had very stable home, loving wife and a beautiful daughter. And since my income was pretty good, I didn’t really worry about money.

I ate very healthy food. Organic if I could and little fat and almost no candy. So I considered my diet to be ideal for my health and blood pressure.

But despite this, my hypertension was way higher than it should have been and there didn’t seem to be anything I could do about it.

Then I discovered the simple exercises I share in my Natural High Blood Pressure Program. These exercises give your mind and body a focused break. This normalizes the blood pressure and causes your body to stabilize itself.

The results are that most people completely heal their high blood pressure within a week. So can you. You can find my natural blood pressure program here…

Cause of High Blood Pressure

Monday, December 1st, 2008

The medical system wants to put smoke in your eyes. They want you to think that the cause for high blood pressure must be something totally physical such as high cholesterol or even genes.

Why do they want you to think that?

Simple! If the cause is totally physical then it calls for something totally medical to cure it. It calls for a pill. The best thing is if it’s something totally beyond your control such as genetic reason. Then you would be absolutely under the mercy of the medical system to get a cure because only drugs could save you.

But the fact is that it isn’t cholesterol or genetic reason. It isn’t even what you eat that is the biggest cause for high blood pressure. It’s stress and anxiety. I’m not saying you’re a nerves wreck. Far from it. It’s actually the most capable, reliable people in the world that suffer from hypertension.

It’s often the people who have to deal with thousand things at the same time like top executives and politicians that have skyscraper blood pressure and get heart attack or stroke before they’re fifty.

But even if you’re not a president of Forbes 400 company or king of England, you still have to deal with million things in one day. You actually have to relatively deal with as many things as pretty much anybody else in the modern world.

You see after only one hundred years of living a fast pace life (getting faster every day). Driving a car, crossing a street, always having a phone next to us ready to be interrupted. Even watching TV and seeing the whole world in a box. This is all extremely stressful.

Imagine if you were born in 1543 and traveled in a time machine to 2008, how would you experience the world today? Pretty crazy don’t you think. Well our body and mind is pretty much the same as it was in 1543 – so even if we’ve gotten used to the modern world, it’s still a big part of our subconscious that feels it’s crazy. And that causes a big anxiety in our space.

The solution is to give our mind a focused break. That’s what my blood pressure program does.

Lower Blood Pressure

Saturday, November 29th, 2008

It’s sometimes sad to watch people go from one blood pressure medication to another and again and again watch them go through horrible side effects of the new blood pressure drug. And nothing seem to help them really.

It’s a fact that drugs only help a small percentage of people suffering hypertension. And it’s also a fact that the conditions we try to avoid using medications to lower blood pressure actually do not prevent stroke, heart attack, kidney failure and other conditions.

This is because medications don’t tackle the underlying cause for hypertension. They just force the blood pressure down. You want to naturally lower your blood pressure by removing the original cause of it.

This is what my natural blood pressure program does. It takes on the underlying cause of high blood pressure which is always anxiety and stress. There may be other factors but this is definitely the main cause of the problem.

Stress And Hypertension

Friday, September 19th, 2008

There are endless things that can cause hypertension. Everything from what you eat to what your genes generate to pollution and … well pretty much everything!

You see, your body is designed to raise your blood pressure. It’s very functional thing to do if you’re getting ready to protect yourself, have to run to catch a bus, or just when you get excited about something.

It’s normal and that’s why pretty much anything can raise your bp.
The problem is when it doesn’t go down after you should calm down. After a few minutes sitting on the bus, after you have protected yourself and celebrated victory, after the body is done digesting the food… then your blood pressure should naturally drop.

If it doesn’t, then there is a problem. Then you need something to force your blood pressure down. Some people use blood pressure medications. I prefer simple exercises that only take a few minutes a day and naturally lower your blood pressure.
You can learn about these natural blood pressure exercises here…

Am I Doomed To Suffer Hypertension?

Sunday, September 14th, 2008

Every time you have a fight with your spouse or your kids, you feel angry, your face gets red, your heart start pounding hard, and you even get a headache.  If you take your blood pressure at that time, it will be alarmingly high.

Intense emotions make our blood pressure increase, but it decreases and returns to normal once those intense emotions subside.  High blood pressure is normally not detected until it remains high over an extended period of time.

Having it checked regularly, at least once every two years, is the only way to know if you have it.  The following symptoms may signify that you are suffering from hypertension, or high blood pressure.  It is important to note that you may also have high blood pressure even if you don’t have these symptoms; that is why it is very important to have your blood pressure checked regularly.

Dizziness  Chest pain  Headaches  Shortness of Breath  Blurred Vision or other visual abnormalities

Hypertension Has Many Causes

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

Today, I beg you to let go of prejudgments and propaganda produced by the traditional health business and apply your common sense. That’s the one thing that never lies.

Why do I ask you to do that?

The answer is simple. If you read any official health site, what’s the first and main point they try to pressure?

Their task is to brain wash you that the only possible approach to lower hypertension is to use prescription medications. They may quickly  mention other things you can do in combination with drugs. But the main focus is on medications.

And like it wasn’t enough to be put on medication. They also claim, you’ll have to be on these medication ( and suffer all the side effects)  for the rest of your life.

The High Blood Pressure Numbers Explained

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

Have you ever wondered the meaning of those two numbers in your blood pressure?  Medical doctors often make such a big deal out of how high or low those numbers are, while we ourselves can’t understand what they mean.

Actually, these numbers tell you how hard your blood is pushing against the walls of your arteries. Just as how water building up in a hose can damage it, your own blood can also damage your arteries and leave you more susceptible to strokes and cardiac arrest.

A blood pressure reading can look like this: 120/80 mmHg. The first number represents the systolic blood pressure, which is the pressure your blood exerts on your arteries when your heart beats. The second number represents the diastolic blood pressure, which is your blood pressure when your heart rests between beats. (more…)

10 Simple Ways To Develop Hypertension

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

While hypertension cannot be pinpointed to any one reason (or so the doctors say), a few lifestyle habits have been found to increase your blood pressure.  In the tradition of making Here’s my own list of Top Ten Reasons for Hypertension.

10.) Being stressed.  Too much work can give you unnecessary stress that stays with you even after you leave the office.  Stress has been proven to cause several sicknesses, one of which is hypertension.

What you can do is pace your work throughout the day, doing the harder tasks earlier on in the day.

9.) Worrying too much. Anxiety has also been found to cause spikes in blood pressure. Some experts claim that making worrying a habit can cause as much damage as chronic hypertension.

Things that you can do to relax include meditation, yoga, and massage.

8.) Eating the wrong things.  Eating unhealthy food, whether you’re overweight or not, and whether you exercise or not, can increase your blood pressure.

Unhealthy food includes cholesterol, trans fat, and salt.  The new food guide pyramid can start you off to eating right, and putting your blood pressure back on track.

7.) Lack of exercise.  We spend most of the day sitting down, at work, school, or at home.  This can lead to obesity, and obesity can lead to hypertension. (more…)

Tried Everything To Lower Your Blood Pressure?

Saturday, August 9th, 2008

Over and over again I receive emails from people who have tried everything to lower their - up to 210/140 high -  blood pressure. They’ve been on medications for years and take every supplements known to man.

These people often tells me that their father, mother, grandparents and their aunts, uncles, did suffer from soaring blood pressure. So, it might be in their genes, correct?

Most often, their question is pretty much the same…

“Could this program help me in such a bad situation?”

Since this question is so common, I decided to explain this right here on this blog.

You see, hypertension is of course partly caused by genetic factors or wrong bad modern days diet. But that is only a small part of the problem. Emotions and thinking patterns plays much bigger part. (more…)

How To Develop Heart Attack in 10 Steps

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008

While there are a number of different factors that lead to heart attacks, many of which that are still largely unknown, there are a number of well known lifestyle factors that can lead to this event. Here is my very own list of the Top Ten Ways to Have a Heart Attack.

10. Smoking . Smoking is really very harmful for our cardiovascular system and especially for our heart. Smoking is known to clog the arteries and raise the blood pressure. There is twice the risk for a heart attack for a person compared to a person who does not smoke.

9. Excessive drinking. Taking one drink per day which amounts to about twelve ounces of beer, five of wine or 1.5 of hard liquor actually does have a protective affect on your heart, but consuming more or even less is simply not effective. So, if you are consuming  too much than you might be putting your heart in serious risk because alcohol does raises the blood pressure and has other negative affects on to your body.

8. Eating vegetable. In order to reduce stress and cholesterol level or heal your body from issues with blood pressure or excess weight you do require to exercise regularly. To remain inactive by not doing exercise is a very good way to increase the chances for a heart attack. (more…)
