Low Blood Pressure
by Christian Goodman
I regularly hear from people who suffer from high blood pressure. But once in a while, someone who has low blood pressure or suspects they do will inquire.
Often, it’s the person suffering from high blood pressure who acts almost jealous of the low blood pressure sufferer. If the heart is working less strenuously in the low blood pressure situation, it reasons that things should be in good shape.
The fact is, normalized blood pressure is what we need to obtain.
In the case of low blood pressure, serious damage can occur as inadequate oxygen flow is distributed to vital organs.
Symptoms tend to exist with very low pressure also.
Anxiety, a uneasy “rocking” feeling and/or profuse sweating are just a few.
Readings do not always indicate low blood pressure. Usually, the condition is suspected due to the symptoms unlike diagnosing high blood pressure.
Both both high and low blood pressure require monitoring and awareness.
Eating at regular intervals helps alleviate symptoms of low blood pressure in less severe cases.
Other suggestions are to avoid certain activities or postures. One example is to sit with your legs apart or side by side rather than the common cross legged position.
I also recommend my High Blood Pressure Program. Although the program’s name focuses on high blood pressure, it actually achieves normalized pressure. This is the true goal.
You can achieve desired results quickly by using the few basic exercises.
